  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil-3 Tbsp
  • Lime Juice-1 Lime
  • Chili Powder-2Tsp

  • Vegetable Oil-1/2 tbsp

For The Corn Slaw

  • Mayonnaise-1/4 c
  • Lime Juice-2 Tbsp
  • Chopped Fresh Cilantro-2 Tbsp
  • Honey-1 Tbsp
  • Shredder Purple Cabbage-2 c
  • Corn Kernels-1 c
  • Jalapeno minced-1


  1. Mix olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, and cayenne in a medium bowl.
  2. Add the cod to the mixture to coat. Marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. Now make the slaw. Mix mayonnaise, lime juice, cilantro, and honey.
  4. Now mix in cabbage, corn, and jalapeno. Mix salt and pepper.
  5. Now heat vegetable oil over medium heat in a nonstick pan.
  6. Take the cod from the marinade season with salt and pepper. Both sides need to be seasoned.
  7. Add the fish to the pan and cook the fish for 3 to 5 minutes.

Your dish is ready to taste. You only need to serve it over grilled tortillas with corn slaw and avocado. Mix lime juice on top and decorate with sour cream.

  8. Add pickles and tomatoes to the burger and sprinkle mustard and ketchup.

  • Bell peppers-top sliced off-4

  • Ears Corn-kernels stripped-2
  • Grated pepper Jack-3/4 c
  • Scallions-Thinly Sliced-3
  • Chili Powder-2 Tsp
  • Couple Dashes of Hot Sauce.

Cooking Food

  1. You have to preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Steam pepper in a large pot of simmering water to be tendered for 5 to 7 minutes.
  3. When it is cool make it halves and arrange in a glass baking dish.
  4. Now mix black beans, corn, ½ cup pepper jack, 2 scallions, chili powder, and hot sauce. Then season the mixture with salt.
  5. Now mix a spoon black bean mixture into a bell pepper. Mix cheese.
  6. Bake the mixture for 7 to 10 minutes. The cheese will be melted.
  7. Your cooking is completed and ready to be served.
  8. Before serving garnish with scallions.

  • Cooked White Rice-2 ½ C
  • Eggs-Lightly Beaten-2
  • Frozen Peas-2/3 C
  • Soy Sauce-2 Tbsp
  • Scallion-Thinly Sliced-1

Cooking Recipe

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onion, carrots, and hot dogs. Cook for 3-5 minutes. The onions will be translucent.
  3. Add garlic and cook for one minute to get out the fragrance.
  4. Add sesame oil and let it be hot for one minute.
  5. Now mix rice and cook it for 3 minutes.
  6. Keep rice to one side of the pan and add eggs.
  7. Scramble the eggs and let it be mixed with the rice and cook for more than 2 minutes.
  8. Mix peas and soy sauce into the skillet to be combined.
  9. Mix scallions on the top to garnish.

5. Mini Rotisserie Chicken Pot Pies

Cooking Recipe

  1. First of all, you should preheat your oven to 400 Degree
  2. Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat
  3. Add carrot, onion, garlic, thyme, celery. Cook for 5 minutes or until it is tender and comes out fragrance. Now season it with pepper and salt
  4. Mix in flour and beat constantly for 3 minutes. It will be brown.
  5. Now, mix in white wine and cook until absorbed.
  6. Mix chicken stock and beat to combine.
  7. Let the mixture to be boiled and then reduce the heat and cook for 6 to 8 minutes until it is thickened.
  8. Cook mixing rotisserie chicken and spinach until the chicken is heated through and the spinach is wilted. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. Roll out puff pastry to ¼’ thickness on a floured work surface.
  10. Cut out 4 circles one inch larger on all sides than 10-ounce ramekin.
  11. Keep spoon of chicken into 4 ramekins and cover with a puff pastry circle.
  12. Cut slits across the top.
  13. Mix egg and 1 tablespoon water in a bowl and whisk them. Brush the mixture on top of puff pastry
  14. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until it is golden.

  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper
For The Soup
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil-2 tbsp
  • Diced Onion large-1
  • Minced Garlic -1 Clove large)
  • Tomato paste-2 tbsp
  • Low Sodium Beef Broth-3 c
  • Skim Milk-1 c
  • Shredded Mozzarella-3 c
  • Freshly Grated Parmesan-1/2 c
  • Dried Oregano-1 tsp
  • Kosher Salt
  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • Baguette Slices

Cooking food

Meatballs’ Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  3. Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, garlic, parsley, and crushed black pepper.
  4. Season it with salt and pepper.
  5. Roll them into meatballs keep on a prepared baking dish.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes or cook until it is browned.
For Soup
  1. Heat oil in a large pot.
  2. Cook onion adding in the oil for 6 minutes. It will be golden.
  3. Now add garlic and cook for one minute.
  4. Add tomato paste and combine.
  5. Mix tomatoes, beef broth, milk, and cook to combine all ingredients.
  6. Now add meatballs and simmer.
  7. Mix half the mozzarella and all the parmesan.
  8. Season with oregano, salt, and pepper.
  9. Divide soup into four ramekins. Add a baguette slice on top. Add mozzarella and broil for 2 to 3 minutes.

You will find the taste of a solid soupy dish. It’s very easy to cook. Whenever you need to taste soup you can try with this recipe.

7. Easy Cajun Jambalaya

  • Finely Chopped Onion-1
  • Bell peppers Chopped-2
  • Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Cubed-2 lb

  • Andouille Sausage-6oz
  • Minced Garlic Cloves 2
  • Tomato Paste-2 tbsp
  • Low Sodium Chicken Stock-2 c
  • Crushed Tomatoes-1 15.5-oz can
  • Long Grain Rice-1 c
  • Old Bay Seasoning-2 Tsp
  • Shrimp- peeled and deveined-1 lb
  • Thinly Sliced Green Onions-2


  1. Heat Olive oil in a large Dutch oven
  2. Mix onion and bell peppers and season with salt pepper.
  3. Cook for 5 minutes and let it be tendered.
  4. Mix chicken and season with oregano, salt, pepper.
  5. Cook chicken for 5 minutes. The chicken will be golden.
  6. Mix andouille sausage, garlic, and tomato paste and cook until fragrance comes out.
  7. Mix chicken broth, crushed tomatoes, rice, and old bay seasoning.
  8. Now low the heat and cover with a tight-fitting lid.
  9. Cook for about 20 minutes. The rice will be tendered. The liquid will be absorbed.
  10. Mix the shrimp and cook for 3 to 5 minutes. It will turn into pink.
  11. Mix in green onions.

Your dinner is ready now. So, no more wait. Just enjoy your dinner. The quantity of the ingredients is used for four persons but you can add or less the quantity if it is needed depending on the persons’ number.
