  • Orange Juice-1/3c Cup
  • Orange Slices to decorate

  • Brown Sugar-1/3c
  • Minced Garlic-1/2 Tsp.
  • Italian Seasoning-1/2 Tsp.

Preparation:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Grease a large baking sheet.
  3. Put the tenderloin on a pan with orange slices under the edges.
  4. Add salt and pepper for seasoning.
  5. Add orange juice, brown sugar, garlic, and Italian seasoning in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil.
  6. Then reduce the heat and cook for 5 to 7 minutes. The mixture will be changed into half by 5 to 7 minutes.
  7. Pour the mixture over the pork.
  8. Bake the pork for 25 minutes.
  9. Switch to broil and cook for 5 minutes.

  • Low Sodium Chicken Broth-1/2 Cup
  • Low-Fat Sour Cream-2Tbsp
  • Chopped Fresh Parsley-3/4 Cup
  • Cornbread – if you need for serving

Preparation:

  1. Add salt and pepper with the pork chop and season it.
  2. Drizzle all over with ½ tablespoon flour.
  3. Heat ½ tablespoon olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add the chops working in two batches. Cook until it is golden and cooked through. Cook 3 to 4 minutes per side, adding ½ tablespoon oil to the skillet.
  5. Remove the chops from the skillet and put on a plate and keep it warm.
  6. Heat the remaining olive oil in the same skillet.
  7. Mix the mushrooms, garlic, scallion whites, and a pinch of salt. Cook without stirring for 3 minutes. The mushroom will be brown.

  • Vegetable Oil-5 Tbsp.
  • Grated Parmesan-3 Tbsp.
  • Dried Italian Seasoning-2 Tsp.
  • Kosher Salt
  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • 3/4 –inch bone-in-pork chops- 2 ¼ pounds
  • Lemon Wedges

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Mix Panko, oil, parmesan, Italian seasoning, and ¾ teaspoon each salt and pepper in a large resealable plastic bag.
  3. Place the pork in a bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of water and toss to be coated.
  4. Add the pork in the bag and shake it well. Pressing the breadcrumb mixture firmly into the meat.
  5. Keep the pork on a wire rack set on a baking sheet and top evenly with any breadcrumbs remaining in the bag.

  • Chopped Fresh Rosemary-1 Tbsp.

  • Freshly Ground Black pepper
  • Small Cooking Apples (Such as Gala), halved and seeded

  • Worcestershire Sauce-1 Tsp.
  • Chopped Fresh Sage-1 Tsp.
  • 4 bone-in-pork loin chops (1/2 inch thick, about 1 ½ pounds total)
  • Unsalted Butter-1 tbsp.

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. On a rimmed baking sheet mix the parsnips, turnip, onion with olive oil, rosemary, ½ teaspoon salt, few grinds of pepper.
  3. Place the apples on top, keep the cut side up.
  4. Brush with 2 tablespoon apricot preserves and add pepper for seasoning.
  5. Roast for 20 minutes. Or wait until the vegetables and apples become soft.
  6. Switch the oven into broil. Broil for 5 minutes. The vegetables will be golden brown.
  7. In a large bowl mix the remaining 2 tablespoon apricot preserves, ½ cup water, the Worcestershire sauce, and sage. Add pepper for seasoning.
  8. Use a fork to pierce the pork all over. Place it in the bowl.
  9. Marinate for 10 minutes
  10. After 10 minutes remove the pork from the bowl. Reserve the marinade.
  11. Place the pork on a wire rack set on a baking sheet. Add salt and pepper for seasoning.
  12. Broil for 4 to 5 minutes and cook through.
  13. Place the marinade into a saucepan and boil over medium-high heat. wait until the sauce is thickened. It will take 3 minutes.
  14. Mix the butter.
  15. Drizzle over the pork.
